It's the most ugly stadium in the world. I still can't believe the city of Brussels, agreed to build this stadium.
Now there are rumours to build a new one on the same place, with retractable seats like the Stade de France. The other rumour is to build a new stadium somewhere in Brussels and would be only football use stadium for the national team and RSC Anderlecht.

No offence, but I have been thinking about a renovation to the Baudouin Stadium. I would demolish the stand covered by a white roof, extend the green roofed stand over the space occupied by the old stand, and then install the facade all around the stadium, although I would have to extend the upper tier of the stadium as well.
