After an amazing summertime experience, autumn has arrived and with it comes the start of Kirana’s construction phase.

All design and engineering documents have been successfully finished and approved by the most rigorous international standards.

As you all know this has taken us longer than we expected, but we feel it was worth it. Bringing the project to a new building code, as well as developing the engineering standards desired was a lengthier process than we planned and promised.

Kirana is finalizing the construction bidding process, in which a selected a number of experienced North American contractors will submit proposals to participate build Kirana.

Groundbreaking, and official launch of the construction process, is scheduled to happen on December 15th.

I give it 20 years till that beach is gone and that building will be spending huge bucks not to crash into the sea. But that is what we get when we build highrises on barrier islands. :ohno:
