市場消息透露，國際娛樂集團Bigfoot Entertainment Group位於銅鑼灣耀華街32至40號項目，正在市場低調放售，而近日亦獲投資者出價洽購。

Bigfoot早於06年4月，以3.37億元向資本策略（00497）購入銅鑼灣耀華街32至40號項目，計劃重建為集團亞太區總部，構思中把分散於美國加州、新加坡及歐洲各國的企業運作部門及業務集中在新物業內，但近期改變初衷，就項目在市場低調放售。

已動工 擬重建26層商廈

該地盤佔地約3,919平方呎，地積比約15倍，可建總樓面約58,775平方呎，現已動工興建，計劃重建1幢樓高26層的商業大廈，包括地下至9樓作零售、11至20樓作酒店用途，22至25樓作寫字樓，現正進行建築工程，預計可於今年落成。

據了解，亦有投資者出價洽購該項目，但由於洽購價與業主心目中的出價仍有距離，故尚未達成協議。事實上，近期投資氣氛稍佳，其中有利集團（00406）剛於本月以3.5億元向資本策略購入上環蘇杭街77至85號及畢街16至22號地盤。

Anyways... not a bad looking tower. Sure a bit small, but then again where I live it would dwarf our tallest building. (Medford)
