Nador, northeast - King Mohammed VI launched here Tuesday the first phase of a tourism development programme, worth 7 billion dirhams (867.9 million dollars).
This programme provides for developing the cities of Attalayoun and Marchica, and for endowing Marchica with a marina.
The completion of the Marchicha development programme will require a global investment of 5.7 billion dollars.
