Al Fattan Real Estate Group will build two new residential towers in Dubai Marina at a cost of Dh492 million.

Built on 8,733 sq.m with a construction area of 175,000 sq.m., Al Fattan Marina Towers are expected to be completed within two years and will be handed over in mid 2005.

The contract for the new complex was yesterday signed by Al Fattan Real Estate Group, Nourer Consulting Group, the consultants and Arabtech, the contractor. Each residential tower will comprise 61 floors in addition to three underground car parks for 700 vehicles

Health clubs, swimming pools, two podiums surrounded by shops will also be constructed within the facilities of the residential towers, which will also have the latest fire-fighting, cooling and central gas systems, reserve power generators and 16 services lifts including special ones for luggage.

each residential tower will have 188 apartments in different sizes, the biggest of which will be four bedrooms.

How many floors? height?

Those are HOT towers!

Great shape, color, positioning and facade. They remind me alot of the Emirates towers.

These babies will really dominate the Marina area , :) they will be the tallest in the area at 61 stories each , dont know how many meters or feet , but sure it will be more than 300+ meters each

unless ofcourse they go ahead and build a proposed 450+ tower i heard about in the marina area , then they will be dwarfed ;)

This is absolutely great!!!! I would love to see dubai when all these projects are completed!! No other city comes close to the architecture!!!!!

ive contacted the Al fattan project office in Dubai a few months back and was given official height which ive provided to ss.com stats. The towers will rise to 215m with spires reaching 230m. One is purely residential and other is hotel.
so not quite as tall as you think, remember the floors are only 3m high and there are 61.

Thats it, for a 61 floors tower, i expected it to be in higher 200s.
a little disappointing!:(

61 x 3m = 183m, plus foyer and top plantroom area,= 215m
i reckon there fab towers.

The blueprint looks magnificent, and I can't wait to see the completed product! :colgate: Dubai seems like a pure dream! :drool:

I'm actually interested to learn more about Dubai. A good friend of mine travels there from Kenya with his family every so often, and they claim it is a prime spot for high-end shopping. But what other industries are big there? Tourism?? What is the society like and how does religion play out in everyday life and politics?
