Il sera construit à Gauthier, sur le grand terrain vide ou se trouvait le palais royal dans le temps, juste devant le consulat Italien :)

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas trouvé de photo sur le net, mais le design n'est pas mal du tout, et si je ne me trompe pas, l'immeuble fera dix étages :)

C'est bon, les travaux de terrassement ont débuté, je les ai vus de mes propres yeux :D

all right they jsut finished diggin the whole place!
Swimming pool is dry right now they have huge pumps that pull the water out!

One bad thing about Casablanca ( it is no ones fault of course ) is the geology of the area

Seems like a nice project, but it would have been a great spot for a highrise building. The Twin Center is so lonely in that area :(

Depuis la clinique Atlas qui jouxte cette construction, j'ai pu constater que les ouvriers ont presque fini le dernier étage ( pas de photo, portable avec batterie complètement morte).
Autre détail qui m'a interpellé c'est la vetusté de l'echafaudage, une de ses hontes que j'aurais aimé montré pour que vous ayez une petite idée à quoi cela ressemble.
