Total GFA is 16,600m2, 3,907m2 site area, 213 carparks, 2 bsmnt lvls. It also borders the new internal road which is yet to be built on the Multiplex site.

Stage 1:
10st, 37.4m high, 35 serviced aprtmnts/ 2,900m2 office over 2 lvls, ground flr retail roof rec deck

Stage 2:
16st, 50.9m high, 148 units, ground flr retail,

I was waiting to see what would happen here. They have owned the site for years and have progressivley referbed the warehouse.

Absolute shocker. All DA's should comply with some sort of aesthetic or architectural requirement....this kind of crap cannot continue to be designed.
