Based on the youtube clip I would suggest they are at approximately month 16-17 on the cycle. Marina to be completed next summer. The housing and ammenities will follow at some point after that

No, the Foster scheme is a different plan - Cannot imagine it will go ahead for quite a while, but I like the look of it

Was in Greystones a couple of weeks ago. There are hundreds of concrete breakwater units being made on site for the habour. Lagan Construction are heavily involved in this development.
