Are these services going to be free?

I remember when I was growing up in Lagos, we always used to say this prayer in church. I don't know if this is the proper name but I think it was called the prayer for Nigeria in distress. I feel that God has finally answered all of our prayers by putting Fashola in govt. Thank you Lord, thank you Fashola and Eko O ni Baje!

and this kind of governance will gradually spread to the whole of Nigeria for many reasons. Mostly because ppl will be enlightened and say, "this can also be done in my town/city" causing many of the leaders to wake up.

These are the same type of vehicles and bins used in Developed countries.
