What do you think it will take to get Tampa, St. Peterrsburg and others on to this? It seems like a good idea, of course it would be better to have the public going to development meetings, but that seems unlikely.

That would be good taking things online would involve more young people which could help improve things. Then again all the seniors would whine and it wouldn't have a chance.
