I am afraid you won,t be able to sell at this time as nothing off plan in dubai is selling unless complete and i have a feeling that it is just not even started !

I not sure but canal residence west from developer is from 240 uk pounds for a one bed apartment maybe you can get an off plan a bit cheaper from a resale ?
Others maybe a bit cheaper, Champion Towers will be going for a good price think investors will be bailing out of these quite soon due to con tricks by developer !
Be careful as a lot of dsc developments are on hold or developers are struggling for cash likes of elite residences springs to mind sold too low and now can,t afford to build the things ?
Canal residence west is the best bet in dubailand in my opinion at the moment

dude, there is no con tricks. all actions are being taken as per contract.

Canal residence west direct from developer it will be around 2300 drhms per square foot ! but this is an expensive exclusive dubai sports city,s own development, and is well on the way to a safe outcome unlike the 3 rd party developments who you take your chance with ?
Ps when considering a purchase find out how much they are going to charge for connection charges some developers are taking the preverbal p====
Memon ( champion towers 1/2/3/4/5/6/ ) springs to mind they are absolutely outrages with there mid price purchase add ons and may lead to more than 10% of the original price being added on !

I do not know which stadium it is!!! It is the biggest and the fourth one. I have only seen it on the map! This project is approved and supposed to have been completed in 2009. Due to the current scenerio, it has been delayed and they are supposed to start construction only now. I understand that they have completed the piling. I am quite worried that i will lose my money! Any advice?
