In this topic we will discuss one of the most controversial project of Baku - Khatai (Amay) Business & Trade Center. Although this center has the biggest business and shopping capacity in Azerbaijan, it has faced with a failure in its activity.

My opinion is that the exterior I would say more European (gothic, barocco etc) as it continues Baku old architecture. But roof is not matching and usage neither.

Bu bina nə ticarət, nə biznes, nədəki əyləncə mərkəzi kimi uğurlu deyil. Xeyif buna tökülən pullara, bir köpüklük bina ortaya çixara bilmədilər :bash:

en deweviy maqazinlerdi i4i...pasaj kimi etseler hele ne ise...kafe,antikvarniy maqazin,el iwleri satilan maqazin4ikler...etc.

Sizi bilmirem amma menim bu binadan cox xosum gelir amma ticaret merkezi kimi yox ola bilsin muzey olsaydi daha yaxsi olardi.:)

menimde bu bina cox xoshuma gelir! gelecekde yegin inkishaf eleyer, adamda cox olar!

Bina gözəldir. Lakin, qeyd etdiyiniz kimi, muzey və yaxud hotel kimi istifadə olunmasi daha məqsədəuyğun olardı. Hər halda bu bina var və bu müsbət haldır. :)

Hazir binadir, dizayner caqirib bir az el gezdirseler tavanina grilanda isiqlar assalar ela olar. Ozude hal hazirda 3 ve 4 ulduzlu Hotellere Bakida boyuk ehtiyac var.

menim xoshuma gelir bina, dourdanda 3 ulduzlu hotel elemek olar, cünkü hec 3 ulduzlu hoteler voobshe yoxdu, brend hotel

I think "aglay" for this huge facade area doesnt suit at all (looks very heavy in my opinion) will work as a business centre (class C+,B) & 3* hotel
