normally I would give a 3 rating, but due to the facade and the age of the building (surely the facade is new) I give a 5/10.
Arkie July 16th, 2004, 07:04 PM I like it. Nice clean lines, a good setting, an attractive facade. A fine example of International Style design. The only drawback is that it looks like a hundred other tall buildings from the 1960s. A 6.0. No, a 6.5 for spelling "Center" the American way. :)
