I wondered why my building espeacially residential's buildings always turn to black colour and the wealth is reduce even though the RCI demand is rising.... what is going on??? the traffic noise is low, pullution low, land value high, and i had try my best to give the best.... it still became black or became dirty!! it caused my skyline become so UGLY!!

check the commute time, crime, education and health levels.
