"Atlantic-City" is the complex of apartments,retails and resort located in one of the most picturesque areas of the Sebastopol-City's clean spot in the beach area of the Kacha district.

The main idea of the project - a combination of unique location with exquisite architecture,
that emphasizes first-class quality construction. In terms of the number of sunny days (260 days a year)is
first region in Ukraine, the sky is cloudless, the sea is warming up in summer to 26 degrees.
