I think Ronaldo initially said he had an upset stomach, but the team doctor's report said convulsions. I know Mario Zagalo left him off the team sheet only to put him back on 30 minutes before kick-off. Consipiracy theories prevail on this one!

As for Cameroon. The issue was the use of sleeveless football kit. Fifa ordered them to have their kit ammended. The rule-book is pretty clear so I don't know what Cameroon and their then sponsorts, Puma, were thinking?
