I noticed on the Life Chic Durban Waterfront thread that there was a smaller 50-room or less hotel that would be developed as part of the new Heritage Quarters mixed use development on the Point. If someone in Durban can confirm this then this thread could be attached to the thread for that development. It is listed as a new hotel in the pipeline for the Quarters Hotel group.

this one is most likely to take place in the two old buildings facing timeball square which were renovated last year. Perfect for Quarters (and i was previously told they were going in there). Their hotels are never more than 30 rooms
