Does anyone know what happen? It's been a couple years at least since I last heard anything about it. It was a buzz back then. No one here as far as I can tell has any news. The last I saw it was under construction and the lake was formed.

That's all stuff I've seen before. If you look at Google Earth, it looks like the development is no where near done and some pics have been posted of the area.

临港新城？There's very little news about it even on the Chinese sites I visit, and it doesn't look as though there's been much progress in terms of construction.
