Hi all, wellcome to Pleasantville, my first city of mi projet of region called Lost Heaven, basically a great zone with great cities and large farmer's plains.

Pleasantville is a middle population city with no very high buildings because is a reach residential place for stars and famous people of the sim nation :) .

I've used the mony cheat to reach the beauty i want, and several lots of simtropolis.com and simcity.com. I play with SimCity 4 without Rush Hour or anyelse mod.

Please rate my city and be good :angel1: (i am a begginer in this:D )

I would have swore it was my city. It lokks very much like the city i'm working on rigth now. I'll give it a good rate, since it looks very green and pleasant. :D

8/10 Needs more, an bigger skyscrapers, but i'm sure that they will come soon. :)

Do you feel that the monuments make a difference on the desirebility of the area, in wich they are placed ?

Thanks for your vote Kaneda.

About your question: sure! If you put a monument near a residential zone the price of the ground and the population will grow.

I dont want very high buildings because this is a reach realistic city. Thanks anyway :)

9/10. While it does not have many of the tall skyscrapers, it does have many buildilngs that fit together in their area, many well placed parks, and a nice road system. It is layed out in a real way and looks to flow very well. I like it! Great job,Salieri ! :)
