La reconstitution de l'hôtel Rif sera le premier acte de ce projet qui prévoit également l'aménagement d'un parc des rives de la lagune.

Disons que je connai de près ce projet ..

Il a bien été lancé .. les architectes ont fait leurs plans .. mais le projet s'est brusquement arrêté il y a deux ans .. Je ne connai pas la raison, c'est chez la CGI qu'elle se trouve.

Probably the land is the property of Nador city, and the hotel was managed by SHN.

Because, i know that the "final client" of this hotel is SHN.

But i dont know any thing about SHN .. Exept the fact that it delegate project sponsoring (MOA) to CGI

Wah hier mon frère je suis passé par Nador un truc de fou la pluie qui y'avait 60% des routes étaient fermé de plus sa a causé pas mal de dégâts chez les habitant surtout ceux qui habitent vers la Corniche

Bizarrement Sélouane et Aroui on été épargne (de la pluie mais en petite quantité ) de même qu'Oujda , c'est vraiment sur Nador et Taouima et éventuellement Beni n'sar (je ne suis pas arrivé las bas )

Je te remercie pour ces informations, j'ai eu mon voisin qui m'a rassuré vis à vis des inondations et en effet Al Arouit et la banlieue sud de Nador ont été épargné....
Quand tu arrive d'Oujda tu passe toujour par Zaio et Sélouane, ou en est les nouvelles infrastructures routière???

Ben justement j'attendais que l'on me pose la question :lol: et je te répondrai à cela que les travaux de dédoublement de la route entre Sélouane et Ahfir n'ont toujours pas débuté !
