The building is X-shaped from the plan view and is linked to the railway station by a subway, I think.

The domes were of the same colour as the rest of the building previously, don’t know why they painted it white. It was turquoise several decades ago, but the original brownish stone effect makes it look really ancient, though it was completed only in 1917.
