Szczecin - the city of 420 000 inhabitants situated in North-Western Poland near the Baltic Sea. One of the main sea ports in Poland.
Tallest building: PAZIM: 92 meters to the roof + antenna.

The skyscrapers seem to be mostly commie blocks. The most prominent skyscraper is just atrocious architecturally. So, 3.5/10 for the skyline, although the city has a beautiful historic side to it.
