I'm pretty sure you can put curtains up. The glass isn't reflective either. But yeah, it's a beautiful penthouse overlooking a beautiful city.

The one in Gold Coast is one the best I've ever seen. Wow what a view, omg!!!

Regardless, that can't even get you a penthouse suite in the Highcliff in Hong Kong! Views from the Gold Coast one are absolutely stunning...the place itself is nice too!

I'm not sure if it's USD or AUD. I'd presume USD because it reportedly sold for $13 milion AUD to Australian swimming legend Ian Thorpe. Will try find out more on it.

@ Chinarulez - the Highcliff is okay, but I'd much rather live in the Gold Coast penthouse for a lesser price and an amazing view! As far as interiors go, the Gold Coast one beats Highcliff all ends up, even though I'm not a fan of the minimalist stuff.

It's not the tower that's expensive. The land on which it stands probably costs many more hundreds of millions. You say it is not worthwhile, but if you see the view, you may think otherwise.
