Vijana musilale....... Songeni mbele tujenge Kenya yetu....... ewangai October 15th, 2009, 07:15 PM Kutangulia sio kufika. Vijana musilale....... Songeni mbele tujenge Kenya yetu....... yer we need to work together as a country to bring that up. Kenya is just to divided and corrupt to better itself at the moment. lamrof January 23rd, 2010, 09:21 AM Kenya is always in my heart. I am Ethiopian and lived in Nirobi for 3 years. The people of Kenya are peace loving, fun loving, innocent bunch. You guys love to love, wow. Anyway, one thing bad about Kenya is corruption. There is corruption and bribery in Ethiopia but not at the level you see it in Kenya. In Ethiopia cops are bribed, hotel clerks are bribed, postal workers are bribed, but its always underground. In Kenya its out in the open, as a result its more rampant and more destructive there. The biggest fighter against corruption is the tolerance given to it by the culture it exists in. Kenyans need to change. How, I don't know. I think a very strong feeling of pride under the Kenyan banner by all is a start. maasai1 January 23rd, 2010, 09:31 AM That is a correct observation lamrof. Corruption is like a malignant cancer in Kenya. It reduced a little after the ouster of the Moi regime but increased shortly after. With a commited government, it is possible to minimise it but it can never be eradicated. The challenge is how to put in place a commited government. |
