Não é porque são baixnhos, mas não gostei.
Doug, qual motivo para construção desses nanicos ? Gabarito do bairro ?

O primeiro parece um robozinho, e o segundo tem esse verde na fachada, o que não ajudou em nada.

No caso do Flamboyant sim. Mas já lançaram alguns de até 8 andares no bairro, mas nem pode ser em qualquer lugar, pois o bairro tem toda uma regra de recuos e tal.

O primeiro é uma graça, ficará bem melhor quando pronto e é a cara do bairro.
