Kenyatta University: Proposed Post-Modern Library 2008
This library project is for a state-of the art library to accommodate 21,000 users and more. The library design involves an axis approach with two branches of offices and reading spaces as well as recreational spaces like a cafeteria.

The site is strategically located on Shanzu beach about 30 minutes drive from Moi International Airport and 20 minutes drive from city center.
The site is excellent due to its easy accessibility from the main Mombasa-Malindi highway. The facility is along the same beach as the Mombasa Serena Hotel, Continental Hotel and African Safari Club.
The proposed apartments, which shall be finished with high quality finishes and fittings comprise:-

15 one-bedroomed apartments
30 two-bedroomed apartments
5 three-bedroomed apartments

Each of the apartment will contain a lounge, dining area, kitchenette and bathroom facilities.
