so much going on in OKC right now! if MAPS3 passes-then Core2Shore can get rolling! The Devon Tower and Ford Center Revamp and The I-40 relo will all be finished within 2-3 years!Within 5-15 years depending on the project look for OKC to have a new tallest skyscraper,light rail,central park,world class olympic training facilities on the river,a new crosstown freeway(I-40),new Convention center,new grand Blvd with new entrance of the newly renovated Ford Center,Home of the OKC Thunder,over 150 mill to street-sidewalk-light/lampost,landscaping project f/ DT! and all this is just in the next decade or less!

Is this the costliest streetscaping project in North American history ? I think that Houston spent about $40-million a few years back. This is almost four times that amount.

Also, isn't OKC getting commuter rail ?

^^^^yes your right. there will be a commuter rail line b/t DT OKC and Tinker AFB/MWC!and later on down the road- poss. a high speed line connecting Tulsa,OKC,Dallas/FW,Austin,SA!
