I like the massing and the way the glass catches the light, however the top seems a bit cluttered and overall the design seems to lack cohesion.

pretty cool, I dont like the windows. It reminds me of a flat screen monitor. 7/10

My second-favorite building in the city. I love the design, but the top is too wide and, as someone before said, it seems to lack cohesion. Overall, though, I enjoy having it in this city.
