All the building that i downloaded (bat and lot files) from simtropolis didnt light up during "Night day" in simcity. Some of the building are not working properly.For instance, i just could saw the base of a building when i plop it, i cannot saw the whole building. Is there anything that i missed or forgotten to d/l? how to fix this problems???

you have to download BAT program and the new SC4 lightning patch in order to have buildings lit up and to work properly, not to mention that you must have Rush Hour expansion pack.
