Named after the distinguished French architect and Pritzker Prize winner, Monsieur Jean Nouvel, Le Nouvel Ardmore is the master’s maiden architectural vision in one of Singapore’s most valuable residential addresses.

Designed in an exterior of simplicity, Le Nouvel Ardmore is conceived as modular spaces of transparencies and light. It is a parallelepiped on a square base that rises from the natural landscape of water and bamboos and oriented to maximize distant views.

Its complexity comes from the interior: the variation between floors, the use of sky gardens and the movement of turning facade panels in a delicate combination of pure white monochromatic shape encroached by bamboos.

Prized Location

A 3-minute walk from Le Nouvel Ardmore leads to Orchard Road, Singapore’s premier shopping and entertainment district and neighbouring this premier development is one of Singapore’s top girl’s school, Raffles Girl’s Secondary School and the infamous Shangri-la Hotel.

Within its immediate vicinity also lie prestigious clubs such as Tanglin Club and The American Club which are not only highly regarded but also frequented by Singapore’s expatriate community. Amidst the sophisticated buzz of the city, the Singapore Botanic Gardens is only a 3-minute drive for a quiet respite.

Not yet...

Think Wing Tai want to clear Belle Vue at $2400 first....then try their Anderson 18 at $2600-2800 in Q1, then before end of next year this Nouvel will be their crown jewel at $2800-3k. Just my guess...and after that, Simon Cheong will then claim his crown on Ardmore at $3800-4000
