Cool, kind of small but the architecture is definitely unique. The surrounding gardens are also very scenic and nice, as are all Japanese gardens. I like the trees. 8/10

i like the surroundings as well... not the building itself though.

I've been there only in driving rain even then its beauty is stunning!
