Why all the building that i had download (bat and lot files) didnt light up during "night day" in simcity? have i forgotten to d/l any files??? if yes, where should i get that files?

Not all BAT skyscrapers have been made to include the lighting part at night. There is a patch file for this (if everyone of the buildings does not light up) that is on some site, I do not know which one. Someone else might. :)

So this problem can be solved if i got LOT Editor?? I already got the LOT editor and GMAX. But still the building didnt light up and some building not working properly

Get the update for BAT. If there's still no lighting after you wait for it to light up, make sure your city has sufficient power to light the BAT buildings and others, that is I guess is the problem. :D
