Its amazing what China has done to the cities. Each is a beautiful statement in steel and glass.
A question to the Chinese members, how does the Government handle the massive relocation of people, and how does the Government obtain their property?

Compulsory purchase is practiced in all the major cities. But in smaller ones, I don't know what is happening. However, the valuation of the compulsory purchase is carries out by the government itself which may sound ridiculous. But this is why sometimes it can be very brutal process.
