How much do you think these apartments cost? In Tehran some of these places are sooo expensive though lol

I don't know about this building on particular but the day I took these pictures I went up to see another newly built 7 floor luxury apartment. The price was about 7,000 USD per meter plus $1,000 monthly pay for facilities.
