balay_1 November 9th, 2009, 01:47 PM ^yes, go go go, the Sucat Corridor of Muntinlupa is now being filled up by high-rise projects like this one. Hopefully masimulan na ito pati yung sa DMCI. With the recent construction of South Metro Manila Skyway, this one emerged. Go go go

actually, the area is just very lucky, medyo malayo siya sa Laguna Lake. yung sa Lakefront City Central na property ni Villar ay medyo malas ata, binaha kasi dahil napakalapit nito sa lawa.
[kq90] November 10th, 2009, 12:43 PM not really impressive...
What's your point then? I'd keep my negative remarks to myself if I were you, hehe :P
Anyways... I gotta say, I really am hoping Sucat starts to see even more of these projects too. With the Posadas developments, Tribeca, and DMCI's space there, I bet the place really does have potential.
With Sucat's development, the still-hoped-for development of the NBP land, the developments in Portofino, along side with the current development of Alabang CBD, Muntinlupa will really have a bright future. :)
jz0ne November 23rd, 2009, 05:49 PM any update on this project?
balay_1 December 1st, 2009, 03:52 AM wala pang updates sa project na ito. Wala pa ring tarpaulin na nakalagay. Dati meron pero tinanggal din. :D
LhexiMont December 15th, 2009, 03:22 AM I saw a small tarp of the rendering of this project along East Service road , it looks nice it shows an eyeview of the buildings with the amenities at the center.

Nakita ko rin na binalik na yung mga tarp. Naglagay lang ng message sa ibaba nun courtesy of Mayor San Pedro.
May nakita na akong sales team ng Robinson's sa Shopwise selling Escalades. Yes, this will push through upon the completion of Skyway Stage 2.

PARAÑAQUE CITY becomes the site of two residential communities that promise unique living experience and impressive amenities.
Both developers consider the city an ideal location, and with both projects’ close proximity to Slex, they believe their future residents will enjoy easy access when going to Metro Manila’s major destinations or southern Luzon’s recreation and tourist spots.
Located on Meralco Road in Sucat (beside Makro Sucat), Escalades South Metro is the latest addition to Robinsons Land Corp.’s so-called Robinsons Communities (www.robinsonsresidences.com).
“With one in Cubao (Escalades at 20th Ave.), Mandaluyong City (Gateway Garden Ridge), Davao City (Bloomfields) and Cebu (Blue Coast Residences), two in Tagaytay City (The Wellington Courtyard and Bloomfields), and now two in Parañaque City (the first one is Woodswille Mansions in Merville, Parañaque), RLC owns some of the best and reasonably priced residential projects within Metro Manila,” announced Christopher Narciso, Robinsons Communities VP for operations and special projects.
8 mid-rise condos
Escalades South Metro will feature eight mid-rise residential condominiums (first to rise is the 12-story Tower A, which will offer 12 units per floor) rising on an elevated 2.3-hectare property.

[kq90] March 13th, 2010, 09:44 PM Escalades South Metro isn't in Parañaque though :P It's sad people still mix up barangay Sucat w/Sucat road. The author should do more research, hehe :P
TheRick March 13th, 2010, 10:18 PM So this is beside Macro and really close to Tribeca of Landco?
LhexiMont March 14th, 2010, 05:55 AM Yes this project's location is exactly at East Service Road Sucat , Muntinlupa City just like Lakefront Central and Tribeca all of them are not in Parañaque . I wonder though if the proposed Robinson mall in Sucat Interchange Muntinlupa will still push through para kasing that lot area formerly occupied by Solid Mills plant is not only 2.3 hectares but way bigger . Sana matuloy pa rin ang mall and relocate nila yung slum area along the Sucat Road extension especially now that very fast ang progress ng Skyway stage 2 constructio by next year fully operational na yun at with numerous developments like LakeFront , Makro, Tribeca at yung rumored DMCI project beside Tribeca. May plans din kaya for that huge former Ford plant between Makro and Tribeca ang lawak din nun if ever . It 's currently a warehouse for Lucio Tan companies .

This rendering is in 20th Avenue Cubao NOT South Metro. There's a separate thread for these two projects. You may wanna post this one there and NOT here.

You're right. It should be in Sucat, Muntinlupa :)

It's from the news and that project in the photo was even described as located in Paranaque. So blame the author.
Anyway, here's the Escalades South Metro, Sucat, Muntinlupa City
http://www.bestrobinsonland.com/Projects/southescalade/south2.jpg
LhexiMont April 28th, 2010, 08:29 AM It looks similar to the one in Cubao also , but Escalades South Metro ( Sucat , Muntinlupa City ) is more spacious as it has more open spaces for its amenities. It will directly compete with the nearby Tribeca , which is now building its 3rd and 4th building on its site.
LhexiMont June 10th, 2010, 03:05 PM What's the update on this ..will this be beside the unfinished Veridian Towers at the back of MAKRO Sucat ?
LhexiMont June 11th, 2010, 04:31 PM What's the update on the proposed Robinson mall in Sucat ..the site is supposed to be the former location of the Solid Mills factory , which I believe a small fraction of it will be the site of Escalades South Metro . The vacated site of the former factory maybe around 10 hectares at least based on the Google map since it is as big as the 9.7 hectare site of the nearby Tribeca Residences. Escalades South, will only take up at least 2 hectares . The site is so precious now that Skyway S2 is nearing completion . Hopefully the informal settler strip along East Service and Meralco Road will be removed ..the site is so strategic now as it accessible to Sucat Road /South Superhighway.

In the old days, when growing up in a closely knit neighborhood was the norm, parents never minded that their kids practically spent their days out in the streets, hanging out with friends, playing chess or basketball to pass the time.
But in these days of shrinking urban spaces and expanding multiplexes, these neighborhoods have become few and far between. For many of today’s youth, the mall has become the playground. So much so that it’s become more common to see kids playing billiards at the mall, hooking up with strangers they’ve met online instead of visiting their neighbors or shooting hoops at the corner.
The impact of such lack of community spirit is not lost on Robinsons Land Corporation, which has created a portfolio of properties that focuses on the advantages of community living.
Robinsons Communities, which has already launched several projects like the Escalades at 20th Avenue in Cubao; Woodsville Mansions in Merville, Paranaque; the Gateway Garden Ridge and The Pearl Place both in Mandaluyong and The Wellington Courtyard in Tagaytay recognizes the value of raising families in a close knit and familiar environment. As such, each property under the Communities portfolio reflects this philosophy.
“Robinsons Communities offers compact condo units that makes it affordable for start-up families to have their own homes. Offering bare units allows homeowners to choose how to finish their units and makes it doubly affordable for clients,” said Chris Narciso, VP for Robinsons Communities.
With Escalades South Metro, RLC reinforces its philosophy to develop not just residences but communities as well. The project, a cluster of mid-rise condominium units located on the quieter, flood-free side of the Sucat Interchange, provides an ideal option for those who like their living spaces a little bit distant from the crowd, but prefer not to sever their ties with the bustling metropolis completely. The development promises to be a low-density project with just a total of eight towers at only 12 floors each and with only 12 units per floor.
“It is a good investment considering two-thirds of the land is owned by Robinsons Malls and we expect land value to increase especially with more families looking for new homes for the second-generation that’s too far from the family address and yet allow easy access to the business districts,” said Rouen Raz, VP of sales and marketing.
With a relaxing, nature-friendly design that allows light and air to flow freely all throughout, the project provides the kind of tranquil comfort any metro denizen dreams of.
With more than two-thirds of its 2.2-hectare expanse devoted to open areas and green spaces, there are enough spots for residents to relax and socialize – jogging paths, landscaped gardens, lap and kiddie pools, a full basketball court, and even a mini soccer field.
Security is more than adequate, with sturdy walls enclosing the gated property, as well as guards that strictly monitor comings and goings. It’s a place where parents can sit back and relax, knowing their kids are safe and sound, and developing close community ties.

excavation has not started, but we are currently bidding for the construction. hopefully we will be able to find out who the contractor will be by the end of the week.

previous design was kind of similar to that of Escalades @20th Avenue (Cubao), there were 8 buildings.
the new design is better, and is more attractive to buyers. the development will have 6 buildings.
for Phase 1, two buildings muna shall be developed. :)

Developments that foster community spirit

ESCALADES South Metro will be a cluster of mid-rise condominium units located on the quieter, flood-free side of the Sucat Interchange.
Communities are often said to have a certain influence that will help shape the character of a child.
When this is the case, any sensible parent would hope to live in such a place that will foster a conducive and healthy environment for his or her kid.
However, those good old neighborhoods, where the streets served as the natural playground, where relationships are fostered and built and where values are taught and learned, have increasingly become more difficult to find nowadays.
Property developer Robinsons Land Corp. admits that in these days of shrinking urban spaces and expanding multiplexes, such neighborhoods have become few and far between.
