    Wow thats allot!! :O

Did u say that First Choice will add Boeing 787 in their fleet?? maybe they can get some of them in GLA-DR route :p

Well we dont have a long haul aircraft based in DR yet, the biggest is the Boeing 737-300 of Air Dominicana, and 2 DC-9-32 from PAWA Dominicana. However we have allot of little based aircraft on DR airports such as Saab 340, Embraer EMB-120, JetStream 31, JetStream 41, TurboLet-410, Short 360, Cessna 172, 228, 402, Britten Norman BN-2A, and some jets like the Learjet 25, Raytheon Hawker 800, Cessna Citation X, all of them owned by Caribair, SAP Air and Air Century.

Well in DR the aviation is getting good again :D.. we have some many new routes for this year. Spirit will start services to Santiago from Fort Lauderdale, PAWA Dominicana now has 4 aircraft and its ready to fly into Santiago. Pace Airlines started services to San Juan from 6 destinations in DR, and JetBlue Airways is having its biggest expantion in the country.. they will operate 92 flights a week only from JFK, to Dominican Republic :D.. in addition they have routes to Orlando, San Juan, Boston and Fort Lauderdale, am starting to love JetBlue hahaha.
