The proposed development facing the Haji Ali shrine in Mumbai’s Tardeo district adjoins the city’s ultra posh residential area along Altamount Road. Designed as a 50-story tower, the structure provides for luxury units and incorporates 60 “rehab” units for current residents with very specific and prescribed area constraints. This jigsaw puzzle is manifested in a “perforated” lower zone of rehabilitated units with separate elevator banks, parking and amenities, while the upper zone accommodates a maximum of two luxury units per core with private elevators, expansive decks and 270-degree views of the Arabian Sea and South Mumbai. Dubbed “Aqua Terra”, the structure alludes to and assimilates the “grounded” urban context and its adjoining cliff, a fluid and undulating aesthetic gesture to the maritime nature of this city.
Will this make it past those strict CRZ rules pertaining to building heights?deekshith said:Aqua Terra, Tardeo.

From what I've been told, this has been designed by Callison architects and will come up opposite to the glaxo-oberoi plot in Worli. Based on that, this just might be the infinity project that we have a thread on.
