Indeed it's the traditional architecture of south of Iran it's not arabian.
For example you can find it in Bastakiya District Beside Dubai Creek. Also It's existed in the south ancient cities of Iran like Laft in Qeshm Island. Indeed the main idea of this project is belong to Laft.

The design looks like an Iranian 'carvan sarrah' blended in with Yazdi architecture... I like!
I think Qeshm needs something like this to make it more attractive to tourists, I looked at going there with a free domestic Iran Air ticket I had but there isn't really much like this there... However a tour of the mangrove forest would be kool...

I agree with you about the architecture and also about the color of building.
The floor plan of Mall is very simple. It 's caused to be easy for tourists.
Also, It has a view of sea. Becuase the distance between this Mall and Sea is very short and there is a park in opposite of it.
We have other big malls now: Setareh Int'l Mall, Ferdousi, etcin Qeshm and Many Big Malls in Dargahan -2nd big city of Qeshm Island.
Yes, Except some attractive palces like Mangaroove Forest and some ancient palces, We don't have good palces for tourists.
You can follow the news of Qeshm Island and Kish in www.qeshmonline.com but in persian. There are news of Bandar-e Abbas, Assalouye, Chabahar and Boushehr in it.

I bought a unit in this project (in first floor) too.
I heared the prices of qeshm city center (for resale) is increased for 5,000,000 Rials per sq.mt.
We were predicted the raising of price because this project was sold out in the first day of launching. The realtors expect to raised more and more عدtill end of the summer.

بنده هم یک غرفه در طبقه اول خریداری کرده ام. متاسفانه هنگام مراجعه ما به دفتر فروش در عصر روز اول پیش فروش، تمام واحدهای طبقه همکف به فروش رفته بود و حتی یک واحد نیز موجود نبود. لذا ما به سرعت یکی از واحدای مناسب موجود را انتخاب و کارهای آنرا انجام دادیم. دو چک نیز به تاریخ های 1 اسفند 86 و 15 فروردین 87 از ما گرفتند. در روزهای بعد نیز چک های اقساط بصورت ماهانه، 2 ماه یکبار یا حتی بیشتر برای مدت 48 ماه دریافت کردند
سرعت پیشرفت پروژه بد نیست و با توجه به سوابق شرکت سازنده در ساخت پروژه های مشابه در ایران از جمله بازار بین المللی ستاره قشم، مجتمع ستاره جنوب بندرعباس، مجتمع تورسیتی خلیج فارس شیراز، ستاره یزد، ستاره فارس، ستاره شهر بندرعباس، احتمالا در زمان پیش بینی شده یعنی 3 سال آماده بهره برداری میشود. البته عملیات ساخت آن طی 2.5 سال به اتمام خواهد رسید
این مجتمع بزرگ با معماری ساده و زیبا و با نقشه ساده ای که دارد در منطقه جدید در شهر قشم در نزدیکی ساحل قرار دارد. همچنین در این منطقه مجنمع تجاری سیمرغ نیز وجود داشته و مرکز تجارت جهانی قشم در آن سوی بلوار درست در مقابل آن در حال ساخت است البته این مرکز تجاری کوچکتر از سیتی سنتر بوده و با نمای تمام شیشه ای توسط شرکت قند و شکر خلیج فارس به فروش رسیده و ساخته میشود
I bough a unit in Qeshm City center but since I'm not living in Qeshm Iland and I'm intrested in seeing the progress of the project I request you to insert the latest views of the project at least each 2-3 days.

I'm not in qeshm always so i can't take a photo.
I think no need to every 2-3 days photographing. Because the speed of construction is not high.

^Not really... Kish is slightly more developed with a bigger tourist industry but the Island is tiny, the airport takes up nearly 1/4 of the land while Qeshm is a vast Island.
However Qeshm has an impressive natural habitat such as the Middle East's largest mangrove forest...
that's not even the same thing as the renders! Could it possibly be something different? I mean wtf is this...thing?
