mag ingat sa developer na 2 pakicheck ang http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=444805&page=30 bago paloko sa developer na wlang kwenta magaling sa drawing.

YUP.... you are right about thant.... Maganda lang sa picture but once built you will see the real outcome.... Check the design of the building make sure wala kayong problema kasi designer nila palpak di ko alam pano pumasa... check the complaints ng mga unit owner ng exchange regency sa pasig sila rin ang developer... Daming problema ng building san ka ba naman nakakita ng socket ng koryente for washing machine eh sa loob ng paliguan mo gusto ka atang patayin habang naliligo ka....

You are absolutely right Frank, I wonder how NVI has got the guts to start on a new project and mind you allowed by government authorities to start on a new project when they left a trail of disgusted, betrayed, fooled, robbed clients who were left helpless by their greed and arrogance in their Exchange Regency Project in Pasig.

You're right mail boxes nga not yet operational. All elevators ala pa permit to operate. fire exit stairs napakasukal pa at napakarumi, leaks on windows and walls still being repaired, patches on cracks on external walls causing leaks to the units still in progress, elevator cars not working still a regular happenings, etc. Yan ba ang tapos?:eek:hno:

Hello condotel investor by Monday marerecieve nyo na ang 1st income distribution for the month of OCT. ang pinakakahintay na income distribution 940 pesos for my 24.5 sqm for a month me di makakabili ng isang sako ng bigas. 940/30 lalabas 31 pesos lang per day ang kinikita ng unit ko. Ganito kabulok ang investment na napasok natin mga condotel investor.Samantalang magkano ang mga sinusweldo ng managers nila at saan kinukuha ang mga sweldo nila kund sa units natin mga investor . 31 pesos ano mabibili nyan pamasahe palang papunta sa office nila di ka na makkabalik pauwi.

Grabe!!! Mabuti nalang pala hindi ako nagkamali kumuha at that time ng unit sa condotel pool. Imagine kumita na si NVI sa pagbenta ng unit, kumikita parin sila ng mas malaki sa pagpaparenta ng unit thru the condotel scheme while the unit owner getting crumbs, and mind you tied ka for 5 f__ng years!!! A grand machination!!! Would advise all condotel unit owners to unite and put an end to NVI's greed!!!

ARTICLE II

2.3 Termination for Cause -Upon breach by either party (the “defaulting party”) of the material term of this Agreement or violation by the said party of any law or ordinance, or, when in the opinion of the Agent the continuance of the Rental Pool Program is no longer economically feasible, the non-defaulting party or the Agent, as the case may be, may terminate this Agreement by serving a written notice of termination to the other party thirty (30) days prior to its effective date. The defaulting party may remedy the breach of the term of this Agreement or violation of any law or ordinance prior to the date the termination takes effect.
