A Sequel to my other condo checklist thread. I will include the renderings of all the major developments happening in TO, and I will constantly update and add new projects and pictures when possible.
Also! If anyone has any new renderings of projects or any that we're mssing, or if it's your own drawings feel free to post them.
Instead of just a shopping list of renders we've seen already, perhaps this thread could be used for anything to do with building designs, even never-builts or "new and improved ideas"... original renderings from forum members. Just have to note the "real" ones versus the "reel" ones.
Here's an example.
Given the "iffy" nature of launching new office towers (such as Cadillac Fairview's vertically phased plans for the office component next to the Ritz... combined with the dreaded rumour that Brookfield might build something more modest on the BA site (gads... all that density!)... I've mocked up a new BA that incorporates a shorter office component (even using the same design to save bucks) which would be easier to fill, and then stacked a residential/hotel or whatever component on top.
Voila! Tall, mixed use, more humans 24/7 and more revenue sources.

I think we should keep this thread as Travis intended, which is a great idea, having all the renders in one place. Elliot your idea is interesting aswell but should probably go into another thread instead
Yeah, one thing about this thread...it sure isn't 56K Dial-Up friendly.
Maybe some of you guys can just post some random, "Nice thread" post so we can finish off the first page. We already have like over 100 pics, I'm guessing. From now on, let's have a 5-pic per post limit so therefore we can get the renders posted, while making sure that it won't overload the browser and such.
Here's something that not many of you guys have seen before, this is Hariri Pontarini's concept for the Goodwill Site @ Jarvis/Adelaide. This is actually the winning design and not Core's design.
