Phinma Properties is really good in building affordable condos. Their cast in place methodology brings the cost down by having a midrise building to finish for about 3 months! This saves them from expensive labor costs without sacrificing the structural stability. Plus they offer PAG IBIG financing which gives them lower interest rates in their loans. Years ago, they even offer units in Mindanao ave (30 sqm) for less than 500K below

Still under construction but the buildings are already painted. March 2010 is the scheduled turnover date

I'm going to reserve a unit sa Building 7 on Monday. Building 7 is expected to be turn over sa 2nd Quarter of 2010.

naku yan din ang worry ko, dapat talaga walang magsasampay ng kung saan-saan, mag iwan ng rug sa labas ng pinto o magtayo ng sari-sari store. nasa strength yan ng property management.

oo nga po dapat medyo strict ang property management. para mukhang maayos pa din tignan. tsaka walang mag iinom sa clubhouse dapat sa loob na lang ng unit.

I'm assuming ang dami ng docs? hehe It'll be interesting paano mangyayari dahil I'm so far away. Luckily, my relative will help me with the process.

Yun rin worry ko pero hindi daw siya binaha. In fact, my relatives took that route dahil chaos sa NLEX.

Yup, may new units. They just opened Building 2 and 5 pre-selling nung Friday. Turnover ng Building 2 and 5 sa 4th Quarter of 2010.

Pag-ibig monthly amortization starts at Php 7,078.10. It's very affordable!
