Nope, its only the blue neon lights in edsa side & sierra madre side is turn on.
There are still ongoing work being done doon sa rooftop.

Hello Dvorak.

I have 2 units, 2414 and 1714. Kung banned na ang reklamo sa forum na ito, my apologies...

Pero siguro you will agree that the units were all developed poorly. puro tambol ang wall at saan ka nakakita ng fire sprinkler na pa side ang kabit at laudry drainage ng iba ang nakausli sa ceiling mo?

anyway, pasensiya na kung bawal palang maghanap ng kapwa reklamador sa forum na ito. rest assured cool ako.

hindi naman bawal mag reklamo.. tinatanong ko nga kung saan mo naririnig yung reklamo eh..

yung question na puro tambol ang wall.. ehh pwede mo namang paayos yan habang nag pu punchlisting.. aayusin nila yan.. gusto mo pa sanding mo kesame.. pa sanding mo floor.. gagawin nila lahat yan.. dapat tutukan ang punchlisting.. habang may problema.. ipaayos.. naayos naman yan..

THanks for the info man.

I'm aware of the repairs and request for repairs before turnover pero as an engineer talagang napakasama ng pagkaka gawa sa mga units. andaming inihabol lang na trabaho.

like these very few problems:
the piping system, bakit hindi nakabaon ito sa wall. This is not even a structural stability issue. the fire sprinklers, ngayon lang ako nakakita ng design na sa wall naka kabit ang mga ito. kahit yung electrical panelboard wala sa ayos naka surface mounted, nakapasok pa sa cabinet, di maganda ang accessibility nito, yung banyo, ang shower nakatutok sa noo tapos may electrical outlet na katabi ang sabi para sa heater, e bakit may outlet na kung para sa heater... etc, etc,

Pasensya na kyo kung puro reklamo lang ang sinabi about GA. I'm just too dissapointed with the purchase of my units, I ended up spending more. Hindi ganito ang experience ko sa Prince Plaza.

We consulted Engr. Pacheco at i sublit lang daw ang lahat ng proposal, mabuti na lang at approachable si Engr. at least me konswelo ng konti para sa mga magpapa renovate.

konting tyaga lang sa follow up.. masasanay ka rin..

isipin mo na lang.. for less than 2M may unit ka along Edsa pa.... try to look at the brighter side.. once you live at your unit.. mas makikita mo na sulit din pala binayad mo..

san ka nakakita nang condo units na may emergency power sa loob mismo nang unit ha?? even ALI condos don't have those.. sa GA meron.. so kahit brownout.. may ilaw tayo sa loob nang unit.. o diba sossy!

re: expose piping.. mareremedyohan naman ito.. tsaka nandon naman sya sa may stairs.. so hindi masyadong sagabal.. yung ibang condos nga.. sa bathroom at bedroom nakalabas yung pipings..

i've seen units na pina renovate.. and magaganda kinalabasan.. so if you have the money (i assume you do, as u have 2 units), pa fully renovate mo yung unit mo.. and you'll see na maganda rin pala..

ako nung una, puro negative din nakikita ko.. pero nung tumira na kami.. ehh i was able to look at the positve sides naman.. if you still can't live with what they gave you, you have the option to sell it naman.. dami naghahanap.. tubo ka na agad nang 800T+ per unit..

Dvorak maraming salamat sa positive outlook mo. Yes, wala na akong magagawa kundi gastusan sya para umayos. ..and yes, i agree with you, kita na tayo pag re-sell nitong mga ito.

konting sundot na lang...
E papano naman yung mga owners na ito na ang kabahayan di ba? i just cant imagine their dissapointent. kagaya ng isang mister na nakasabay ko sa lift, naramdaman ko yung bigat ng problema nya kasi iyon lang ang kaya niya tapos naka loan pa sa pag-ibig.

forgot.. the unit also come with 3 exhaust system.. o diba.. sulit na talaga for less than 2M..

temiatwork -- hi, sa amin po ang units na nabanggit ni DVorak na may plumbing (design) problem (sa CGS). ang sa inyo sabi ni DV hindi sagabal ang pipe, ang sa amin it's in 3 areas (and they're all eyesores) - both bathrooms sa kisame ng mga showers merong naka expose and in the 2nd bedroom (along the wall sa may kisame rin). pero natutunan naming tanggapin at remedyuhan na lang, kasi ganun na talaga iyon - di na pwedeng i-move, kaya takpan na lang kapag nag-pa-renov (kailangang mag-save money na naman). yeah, i'd like to see the pics that you have; i like looking at pics and then trying to see what can be done about it.

less than 2M nga lang units nung 2003 yun.. ngayon 2.6+M pataas na..

hi all,

just new to this forum...also a unit owner. just like to ask if there's anything we can do about the billboards. kawawa naman kasi yung mga katulad kong na sa inner unit kasi wala na talagang natural light and ventillation sa ginawa nila.

i know its stipulated sa contract that they reserve the right to do that pero parang excessive naman yung ginawa nilang yun.

btw, i created a site for the ga tower community. you may want to visit www.myloft.co.nr i want it to be a resource center for the ga tower community hope you can drop by. i wanted to add a forum...pero di ko magawa eh lol
