12/12〜12/31まで仙台で開催の光のページェントです。後半はカメラを上に向 けて撮影してみました。
空全体がイルミネーションで包まれてるようで綺麗でした〜

Nihon Kitty, what's your top speed on the Metropolitan Expressway. I couldn't tell from the video since it is FFw.
And I know that drivers in Japan are very careful but what if somebody's car encounters a mechanical problem in the Expressway and stops. There are no shoulders so wouldn't that be a huge traffic problem? What about in accidents where bothlanes might get blocked?

I believe the speed limit is 80 km/h except on inner circular router it's 50 km/h and I think some routes are 100 km/h. Late at night alot of "street racing" clubs use these roads up to 320 km/h.

As for accidents I have no idea..but probably the same thing they do in say NYC (and I don't know what they do either).

Haha, I don't know what they do either. I believe that expressway may have been used in the Tokyo Drift Movie but not exactly sure. It could also be the one in Osaka that was used. Anyways, arigato gozaimasu
