SOCHI | Projects & Construction
Since the city of Sochi in Russia is hosting the 2014 Winter Olympics, I have taken the liberty of creating this development project and construction thread for the city.
One development under construction is the Sochi Olympic Park, which is a complex of the venues of all the ice sports in the Winter Olympics and the Ceremonies, the Medals Plaza, and the Olympic Village all concentrated in one location.  Also, they are planning to construct more hotels and the Sochi Light Metro for the Olympics.

 The Kavkazskaaya Polyana Sanatarium is currently undergoing a reconstruction after falling into disrepair for a few decades. It may be a five-star accommodation with about 200 units.

 The Hotel Dagomys is planning to undergo a reconstruction. Also, I think they imploded a different hotel in Sochi, leaving only one portion intact. This is for a reconstruction project.
