The fact is boarding went up months ago and yet no signage of details of the building. Butthis is very good site and area in TRADE CENTER 2. So there is sure to be a land makr tower here. So start the thread details later. Below is the construction as of this week.
its just up from the Rotan hotel site closer to the Trade center tower by one plot.
