Moolman Group is set to develop a flagship gymnasium in Glenvista for leading fitness group, Virgin Active. The 4,350sqm gym will be developed at a total project value of approximately R65 million. The completiondate has been set for November 2010. A remaining 2,550 sqm of bulk is available to be developed to suit a tenant's requirements.
