Estou postando este projeto porque o conceito de moradia se mostra bem atraente.
Esse vai ser o primeiro neoclássico do Umarizal.

Essa área do Umarizal não é muito segura, então acho que essa grade vai ser modificada.

hum...Este estilo é muito complicado, Belém constroí muito, mais muito melhor que isso, não gostei.

Adorei a varanda, é enormeeee...

Casa suspensa, você não tem a sensação de morar em um apartamento, mas sim em uma casa suspensa.

Existem poucos neoclássicos em Belém(nenhum no Umarizal), se não me engano só existe uns 4.
