Oberoi Exquisite I is under construction in Goregaon East as apart of Oberoi Realty's integrated township project named Oberoi Garden City, which includes other buildings such as Oberoi Woods, Oberoi Commerz (Westin Hotel), Oberoi Commerz II & The Oberoi Mall. The project consists of three residential towers each with 45 floors, atop a 5 floor podium. The contractor for the project is Larsen & Tourbo. Nearby large projects include Orchid Woods & Lodha Fiorenza.

All the mills are in SoBo. Oberoi acquired the goregaon land from CIBA chemicals and Novartis in 2002. Used to be a fairly woody area which Oberoi plans to restore once construction completes.

Via Google Earth:

Looking at the Map, its right across the street from Orchid Woods. And along there is a nice residential area with some more tall buildings. Looking east from the Western Express highway, one can see a nice skyline setup. .

And if you below where it says Gokuldham, you will see the Orchid Woods triplets u/c.

Also Oberoi Exquisite II will be coming up next to them.

The buildings right accross the street are oberoi woods i guess....orchid woods is in gokuldham as rightly pointed out......lost in the woods????
