According to GTI Magazine Dr. Sheikh Haytham Taha Saleh al Nuaimi is planning to build a new touristic city called ALZAMAN in southern Morocco. Injaz-Invest Ltd., the company behind the multi-billion $ project, aims at offering the visitors a journey through different civilisations, bringing cultures together. Whether the touristic demand for such a city is given, is to be questioned. The idea seems to be revolutionary - but will it just turn out to be another "Las Vegas"? Ca semble irréaliste au premier abord. C'est en plus le 1er projet de cette structure, donc difficile de lui accorder du crédit. L'architecture retenue ne donne pas de cohérence au projet. Ca semble un peu fouilli. Néanmoins, la longue liste des partenaires représentés mérite que l'on s'y attarde davantage.

C'est un projet hyper luxueux, avec une tour plus exclusive que celle du Bourj Dubai, donc forcément, ça laisse pantois.

Si ce projet doit voir le jour, je ne pense pas que ce sera sous cette forme là.

je pense pas que c'est realisable dans le future proche mais le fait que des investisseurs s'interessent a cette region c'est deja un bon signe.
