funny - even from MARKETING point of view - some sort of render would seem wise. Hype, in any form, takes time to register - what do they plan to do? Release render on completion and then expect business to come in by droves over night?

Yes, the building coming in front of commerz 2 is the phase 2 of commerz 2.

Excellent updates Deekshith.There may be 10 towers of 45 floors above.
exquisite-1 50 floors 3 towers
esquire (exquisite-11 )- 45 floors 3 towers
exquisite -111 45 floors or above(considering saleable area)
commerz_11 phase -11 (super tall considering salable area )

Came across a post by IndiansUnite in 2009. Looks like Commerz 3 will be 35 to 40 floor towers, unless they have changed the design since then.
